October 2008 This is a good training site if you are not near the sea, but i would not go there if i was not passing. There is no tagging/ control of numbers of divers in water or level of qual. which i found unusal for a UK inland site! The pub. stops serving food early in winter!

September 2006 Soney Cove was where I learned to dive, carring out my OW and AOW, cold even with dry suits.

July 2007 three excellent dives at this inland site in the centre of England, lots of crayfish, perch and pike. Surprising for a UK inland site the visibility was surprisingly good at about 5m. What we saw : The stangarth is a tug boat at 20m, Viscount cockpit at about 10m, Nautilus submarine art at 7m and Gallion wreckage 7m.
