At Dalyan Bay all of the dive boats from various companies congregate for lunch & to complete the training dives at a max depth of 16M. There is a noticable thermocline at 10M & vis is a good 20M, at this point the experienced divers have their lunch & relax in the sun or if you get bored & are suitably qualified they will let you assist. Unfortunately the area seems to have been overfished so except for a few small shoals that hide under the boat & a sea horse we discovered in the grass at around 11M not a lot of sea life to look at.

At 'Small Reef' you enter a system of 3 tunnels at 36M & follow them back toward the surface exiting at 18M, vis is around 10M, if you want good photo's do not be at the back of the pack.

At 'Falcon Cave' you will see a lot of pottery strewn around on the sea floor some of it still intact, max depth 32M avg 14M vis 20M.

Fethiye is approx an hour from the airport, as it is a port there is no beach but there is a large water park 'Lika World' where you can take the kids for a day out, if you take the bus up into the mountains to Hisaronu the entire village seems to have been designed with food, clubbing & getting drunk in mind, if you go a little further to Oludeniz then there is a beautiful beach surrounding an almost completely enclosed bay, lots of sea life which made for some interesting snorkling. It is definitely worth taking one of the free busses a little further around the bay to one of the private beaches as the facilities are much better, there are much fewer people competing for them & it is quite cheap.
