Paphos is a great place to visit and dive. There is plenty to offer for all levels of certification. Many dive sites to explore in warm, very clear waters. from shore diving to the famous wreck of the Zenobia (one of the top ten wrecks in the world)

If you have never dived before, then Paphos is a great place to learn, as there are many shallow confined areas to take you. The Sea Caves is a favourite as is ST Georges .

If you dive from the coast line off White River, you may be lucky enough to see the Turtles, which breed around the Lara Bay area.

There is stacks of rock formations, the Amthi Theatre is a must as are the arch swim throughs and the
caves and gullys to explore. The wonderful anfora that you will see is amaizing, it realy takes you back in time.

For the none divers who may be traveling with you there is plenty to occupy them. If its relaxation they are looking for then the lovely sandy coastline of Coral Bay awaits them. But for the more enthusistic of visitors there is an abundance of anient sites to explore, from the Tombs of the Kings to the famous Mosiacs.
A trip to the Troodos Mountain is worth a visit, passing through many small welcoming villages where you can sample local cousine and not forgetting the famous drink Zivanear!
For the more active of you there is many water sports to challenge you. Paphos also offers mountain bikeing trails, goerge walking, rock climing, canoeing etc. There is also many tours of the island to choose from and safaris make for a great fun and interesting day out.
So you divers don`t need to worry about the rest of the family getting fed up whilst you are out diving
They have plenty to soak up themselves.

Travelling to Cyprus is very easy from any major Airport. Although travelling on a Wednesday can be cheaper, it is a very busy day at cyprus Airports.
Travel Tips; Remember Cyprus still uses the Cyprus Pound, no need for euros.
Also may be of interest to some of you, the electicity supply is the same as the UK, plugs are also three pin just like home!
