Excellent dive clubs, well organised and all preparation for dive taken care of by school.

Dive experience was superb, not too crowded unlike parts of Sharm in Egypt. Five Manta Rays swam over head just 2-3 feet above us, one Manta was pregnant. Second dive was amongst four White Tip sharks feeding - awesome sight. Instructors informed us that as there is an abundance of sea life, we are not part of their food chain - they appeared obliviant to the fact we were even there. Plenty of Black Tip sharks that seemed to appear from no where.

Bora Bora itself is beautiful however there is a great deal of construction taking place. My husband and I were on a cruise and whilst Bora Bora is stunning, Morea, Huani and Ranratonga are even more outstanding scenary wise, with Morea and Huani being compeltey unspoilt. Raratonga has excellent dive sites, some wall dives and others along the reef. Raratonga is more prepared for tourists than the other islands - but you could hardly call it commercialised!! Dives are the best I have encountered to date.

From UK journey is long - we had an overnight stop in LA then into Tahitia to pick up the ship. Stronlgy recommend stop over in LA on the return jounrney which we did not do and found the journey very tiring - 8 hours to Tahiti and 10 hours from LA to London - but well worth it. Try to upgrade seats on plane, we did and certainly benefited from extra leg room. Strongly recommend all the islands, they are idyllic. Geraldine Hendricks UK
