A mixture of the traditional with the modern!
The usual quircks of any modern society, but with genuiness not seen often.

A limited number of dive sites with about 16 acres of hard corals.

These are the second most northerly hard coral reefs in the world! and combined with the water temperature extremes from 12 to 36 celcius has an incredible variety of fish life including whale sharks. Many fish in common with the Red Sea and arguably the most beautiful Butterfly fish in the world! an amazing golden yellow. Rays, Turtles and even morays!

The extremes in water temperature result in varied visibility ranging from exceptional days with over 15 to 20m to a normal 5 ish in the early Summer and 1 to 3m later in the year.

Well worth diving if you are in the area! Snorkeling is fantastic so not for you depth freaks - you will be disappointed.
