I arrived in Grand Cayman on Nov 30, 2004. The weather and water were great and visability was great. There is shore diving and boat diving depending on your location. Gloves are not allowed here. There were several places to visit, including a turtle farm and going to Hell. StringRay City is a location where stingrays and moray eels are fed by guides and swim all over you. It is shallow enough to snorkel but diving is better. A see and touch one-of-a-kind experience. Atlanta has direct flights and I am sure other airports offer direct flights as well. There is still plenty of rebuilding due to the hurricanes last year. The reefs were damaged but not too badly. Round Rock has some great swim-thrus, Sand Chute was a very cool dive and Trinity Caves was good. I did an afternoon shore dive at Hepps' Wall - next to the Turtle Farm. It had lots of fish but the visability was not as good as the boat dives. Exiting the water from the shore was tricky since gloves are not allowed and sea urchins were plentiful. -----Submitted by Kelly
