Horseshoe shaped coral atoll in a blue sea! White sand, blue skies and coconut palm fringed lagoon. Fantastic diving with great visibility. Too many sites to name and many more yet to be explored. Coral is in pristine condition. This is Australia's best kept secret, many Aussies havn't even heard of it, get there before they do, and meet the 120 friendly Aussies and 600 Cocos Malay people that make up the entire population.

Travel is by twice weekly HS146 jet plane from Perth (Western Australia).

Plenty of marine life from shrimps, nudi's and pipe fish up to pelagics and a resident (but sometimes shy) dugong. Snorkel with the wild dolphins in the lagoon and watch the manta rays on the surface or wait for them to find you down below. Great dive operation with only a few divers at any time (absolute max 16).

Not a lot of nightlife but this is a relaxing holiday, cook your T bone steak on the barbie, sip a glass or two of Aussie red wine and watch or photograph the fantastic sunsets. Join in with the locals in what ever is going on and chill out. Rent a bike on your off gassing day, and see the rest of the island (only 5 miles long and a quarter wide) you can also visit or wade to the other islands, or snorkel in The Rip (a fabulous channel between the sea and the lagoon) that houses all types of reef fish and reef sharks in shallow water.
