Diving at Pendennis Point is easy, just follow the one way system arount the castle, untill you come to a large lay by (not the car park). just next to it are some steps that lead to the water. Kit up at the steps and enter the main gulley, follow this out for 85m (220o) then turn on to 120o for 90m this will get you to some boilers of ww1 german subs, max depth 10m, on the way you pass lots of vaired bottom types and there is always a lot of fish life in the area, in the summer months trigger fish inhabet the boiler, further round the courner there are some more parts of the subs but bewere there may be some tide out that far, If you stay inbetween the boilers and the gully there is littel or no tide and you can dive any time, this site is also good for a night dive.
Falmouth is the closet town and has lots of dive shops and charter boats, as a major town there is lots to do all year round, in the hourbour and around the bay there is also lots of other dive sites from shore diving to deeper sites, most dive centres will be happy to point them out to you,
vis is genrelly good 5m+ and in good weather in the summer can get up to 10m+.
near by is also Gyllyngvase, Swanpool Beaches which are also good for shore diving. Porthkerris Beach and diving is also a short dive away
