Lamorna cove is a good easy shore dive, there is a nice and easy entry via slipway, surface swim to the entrance to the small harbour. If you want a dive with an easy navagation decend by the right hand wall (from the shore,) then swim out keeping the rocks on the right and the sand on your left. there are lots of holes and gullies to look in, and an abundance of fish life, with it's clear waters and pure white sand, it's a very picturess dive. A privitaire ship is rumoured to have sunk in the bay and three silver shillings were found in concretion close to the shore. depht range from 3 to 10 meters on the discribed dive but if you go to the middle of the bay you can get 18 meters. But there might be tides out there. facilities on site include a toilet, cafe and small shop, there is about 20/25 car parking spaces but make sure you have a valid ticket as the harbour master/ parking attendant patrolles every five minutes! Also they like to give out tickets.
