What is the diving like?
The diving is great. Vis was 30 to40 ft. water temp in July 80 degrees. Boat diving. No real shore diving. All the local diving in the bay area was easy - no current to speak of. A little surge here and there.

What else is there to do?
Lots of Eco tourisum. Monteverdi Cloud forest, Arenial Volcano. other tours. The first two places about 3 1/2 hour car ride. Well worth it! Several places to dine in Coco.

How easy is it to get to?
Airport is in Liberia. 20 mins. from the gulf. 3 1/2 hr. plane ride from Houston.

What fish and reefs will I see?
Bull Sharks & Schools of Golden Rays at Bat Island, Harlequin shrimp, white tip reef sharks, Morish Idols, Green seaturtles, Bottlenose dolphins, Scorpian fish, Green Moray, spotted Moray, Nudibranchs, Seahorses, King Angels, Octopuses. Some hard corals, lots of fish life.

Are there any famous things to look out for or a special time of the year to go?
Whale sharks and Mantas from March through May. Do the Bat Island dive. The Bull sharks were really cool! One dive we saw a school of 400 to 500 Golden Rays!
