Sodwana Bay is a world-class dive site. Situated in the Natal Parks Board, divers are reminded to maintain the pristine dive sites. From the close 2 Mile which offers awe-inspiring sites such as Anton's, Arches and Coral Gardens to the deeper Nine-Mile, Sodwana offers amazing coral formations, swim-throughs, overhangs and gullies. The annual Sodwana Bay Underwater Photo and Video Shootout bears testament to the phenomenal variety of species here. A must- see to Ribbon Reef on 5 Mile is a must to see the magnificent Ribbon Eel, and cleaning stations.
Safari Game Drives are available by the Parks Board and surrounding Safari Camps. 4x4 and Quad Bike Trails are available but no driving on the beach is permitted. Take a trip to Lake Sibaya. Turtles regularly lay their egs from nov - late Jan when the initial clutches of eggs start hatching.
