February 2006 February is not the best month to go for diving. Viz was terrible.

August 2005 The good dive sites are all up around Koh Tao. The only thing I will ever truly remember about this trip was diving at Chumpon when we saw a..... WHALESHARK !!!! Oh my god it was amazing and totally unexpected. If you are hardcore into diving stay on Koh Tao as the boat travel from Samui is a minimum 3-4 hour round trip.

January 2005 Diving was at Koh Tao, one & half hours by boat. lots to do on Samui, loads of bars, shops, places of eat out. good if not diving aswell.
