April 2007 Temp was a barmy 15C - Vis was poor but as it was a first uk dive so it was good to get a feel for it and try out new kit I found it really useful to get use to the poor vis and cold - not more than 7m

June 2006 We had a great time at Pompey. It was one of our club weekends, and we got 4 dives in over the weekend. Hotels in the area were full of character, if you choose carefully, there are some great bargains to be had!

November 2005 A great inland dive site for training and testing gear with lots of safey cover and a little dive shop, hot water and lots to se unwater. It is only 6 metres deep though, but 3/4 of a mile long.

January 2004 Horsea is an excellent inland site for training and trying out new equipment in a safe environment. Max depth of around 7 metres and plenty to see - mussels, moon jellies, blennies and gobies, not to mention the many sunken attractions to look at - e.g. helicopter, ambulance. If the sea's blown out a good site to get a dive in. All facilities available - showers, loos, equipment, shop, food and a cuppa.
