The diving is colourful especially in the summer months. Water temp rarely falls below 15 Deg's and reaches the late 20's in the height of the summer.
Mojacar and the surrounding areas have full activities such as quad biking over the mountains, light aircraft lesson's, deep see fishing, all the usual watersports.
The beach bars are good to relax in after diving with a beer and your feet in the sea.
Almeria airport is the closest only 45 mins drive away. Alicante is 2hrs. Flights from all over the uk and Europe now fly daily.
The fish life is abundant. Being close to the entrance of the Med at Gibraltor there are all kinds of things to see.
Most of the diving is reef and wall as well as many swim throughs. The area has some deep waters 200 mtrs off shore. This gives some spectacular drop off's.
Most of the airlines give baggage allownace for Scuba gear but be carefull they have a habbit of getting you on the return for any excess luggage.
