Fly direct! Emperor's new custom-built dive centre now operates from the Coral Beach Hotel, located only minutes from Marsa Alam International Airport and with its own jetty right on hand!

The fully equipped centre offers daily boat diving to the famous reefs of Elphinstoneand Ras Abu Dabab, and others.

Marsa Alam is home to corals, turtles, Guitar sharks and, occasionally, Dennis the Dugong.

Emperor Fleet also operates out of Port Ghalib, near Marsa Alam, and offers a range of liveaboards covering an impressive choice of routes.

The Platinum, Gold and Silver class boats are custom designed and fitted to the highest standards with air-con cabins and salons (some with double-bed master cabins) and with the equipment and safety features you would expect from an award-winning company. The majority of liveaboards offer free Nitrox courses.

Tekstreme, the technical arm of Emperor Divers, also operates from Marsa Alam.

Awlad Baraka Ecolodge was created to meld into the location and surroundings. More Bedouin than Berlin the village gives you very comfortable accommodation in a timeless “away from it all” environment. Think of the rush hour to work, now think of the exact opposite and that is Awlad Baraka Ecolodge.
Accommodation is either bungalows or huts, less than 30 in total. The bungalows are twin or, if needed, triple bedded with occasional seating and a private on suite with toilet, washbasin and shower. The huts are twin bedded and use communal bathroom facilities which are close by.. the huts are a definite attraction for the frustrated ranger scouts. Our Ecolodge team housekeep for you every day to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
