Visited Comments Crown Point in Tobago Torpedoed, shelled and bombed in 1942, so very broken up in 10m. The bow, stern, propellers, rudder, engine and boilers are still visible, together with unexploded bombs ! Many nurse sharks, giant barracuda, rays etc etc made this lonely site the best dive of a great week. Date posted: 24-Dec-2011 13:23 Crown Point in Tobago Diver's Dream, Diver's Thirst, Maverick, a couple of dives in Speyside. Fish galore, lovely coral. No strong currents this time, although in the past they have been stronger. Very few divers around at the moment so I had the sea to myself. The last dive was the best - SS Kioto. (See below: I couldn't work out how to add the name to it !) Date posted: 24-Dec-2011 13:44 Speyside in Tobago Fast drift dive, lots to see. Date posted: 20-Mar-2011 20:27 Crown Point in Tobago Runoff from the Orinoco meant the top five metres were like green soup, and 33c, but underneath it was 29c and far better. Noticeable coral bleaching this year - time will tell how it recovers. Date posted: 12-Oct-2010 16:21 Mombasa in Kenya Dania is breaking up after some 10 years submerged. A worthwhile dive.
