The Kuantan was a Japanese oil cargo ship sunk in the mid 1990s. It was carrying crude oil when it sank about 20 miles off the Malaysian coast. The wreck lies on its port side and starts at 12m and hits the sand at 22.8m. It is 80m long and can be easily circumnavigate twice in one dive.
