The HideAway is located in Browning Pass, within Queen Charlotte Strait off northern Vancouver Island. The immediate locale is the best dive area in BC - Guests are provided cottage accommodations. All inclusive dive packages avail. year-round, incl great home-style cooking!. In addition, we offer cottage rentals, kayak transport, accommodations and services, & summer whale-watching/wildlife tours 4 dives/day to sites including Browning Wall, 7-Tree Island, Hunt Rock, the SS Themis, Rock of Life, Snowfall, etc, all within 2 miles of us. Two tank trips aboard the Straits Explorer, our 30' dive vessel, to the Deserters Islands, Seymour Inlet/Nakwakto area, and to Bates-Shushartie Bay. These areas can be reached in under an hour from the HideAway.

Guests often use our kayaks, canoes or rowboats to explore the cove and the protected water of Browning Pass between dives, or to access forest trails on Nigei Island.
