European Coast Scuba Diving Description:
All European coastal areas not covered by the mediterranean. From North Atlantic Ocean, round through the North and Baltic Seas, to the Russian White Sea.

Big Blue Planet knows about the following countries in this region:

A 7 island archipelago located just off the coast of Africa. They are volcanic in nature meaning that the scenery underwater is far from dull and the corals you can expect to see are different to those encountered in the Mediterranean. As well as the diving there is also lots to do out of the water, and this makes the islands a good choice for a holiday diving destination.

England & Wales
Not the first choices for visiting holiday divers, but there is a HUGE dedicated mass of local divers who get great experiences every weekend. The UK has one of the highest density of ship wrecks in the world and in spring Basking sharks come to visit. Additionally, the UK has a tremendous network of BSAC diving clubs and PADI dive centres.
